Giving White and Light Grey Pullovers a Warming gold do-over by recoloring with poly yellow dye. From white and light grey pullovers, turning out mustard and golden warmers that add color to those grey days. There was a major gap in the closet of golden pullovers (zero golden pullovers) and instead of giving away what was not going to be used anymore, I recolored and extended their use. Results?Pullovers catching the sun...In ClosingFrom light greys and white to deep golds bordering on pumpkin... The yellow poly dye was heated in a large pot and the garments were simmered over the lowest heat for an hour, with occasional stir.
